Captures the culture and spirit of the Mid-Shore and provide a place for local people to share their time and passion for music and information. We are created for and by people on the Mid-Shore and are run primarily by volunteers who live here, are proud of who we are and are eager to share it. More than 80% of our content is locally-produced including almost every music genre, community journalism and original local talk shows.
Brings national programming curated for this area. We’ll carry NPR’s flagship programs Morning Edition and All Things Considered as well as other national programs such as This American Life and Big Picture Science.
Hosts live events. As part of the community we host and collaborate on live events in our listening area such as Kentavius Jones August 3 at the 447 Venue in Cambridge, Shemekia Copeland at the AvalonTheatre August 18 (sold out!), and the Dave Chappell Band Featuring Tommy Lepson (Dinner and the blues at the Dorchester American Legion!).
