Today is Thursday October the 17th and tonight at 6:30 on Shore Stories: Most of us know Gayle Galbraith as the entrepreneur behind Federal Brewing Kombucha, but Gayle is also a huge health advocate. She'll discuss the gut and mental health connection and also about the growing trend toward people choosing an alcohol free lifestyle. Then Lynn Randle on Shore Seniors speaks to YMCA’s Wendy Palmer about the programs at the Y dedicated to the more mature population. Lastly we had such a fun response to Rich Bower with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation a couple of week’s ago that we’re re-running his interview with Drew Sheckler. Hear his take on the invasive species in our water and listen to the two songs he’s written in their quote unquote honor. If you'd like to be a guest on shore stories, please contact us at shorestories@whcp.org.
