Mid-Shore at the Movies' Susan Morgan & Adam Canfield review two movies currently showing at the Cambridge and Easton Premium Theaters. First, they are reviewing The First Omen with Nell Tiger Free, Ralph Inneson, Bill Nighy, and Sonja Braga. It is the Prequel to original Omen (1976). The second movie is Civil War with Kirsten Dunst, Wagner Moura, Cailee Spaeny, and Stephen McKinney Henderson. It take the audience through the journey from NY to DC during a Civil War in the US.![]()

Celebrate Earth Day and get outside! This Sunday, April 21st, the Izaak Walton League Mid-Shore Chapter will host an open house at Bolingbroke Park in Trappe from 10 am to 3 pm for Earth Day! Visit the 55-acre park and walk the trails, or use one of their kayaks to explore the creek. The park is located at 2665 Moneymake Road in Trappe and they will have some light refreshments for visitors!
